Self love is an incredibly complicated thing.
Loving yourself is a second step, first you have to practice self care. You have to make sure you eat, make sure you're happy, take any medication you need, socialize (as hard as I know that can be, with social anxieties and panic disorders) as much as you can! Self care includes to stopping of self hate and self destruction, both mental and outwardly physical.
This last part, I know, can be incredibly hard. I hate myself. I fuck myself up sometimes. I put myself down on a daily basis, and only recently stopped adding to the scars on my leg, only because my close friend made me promise.
But this is the only self you have, and you're the one responsible for caring for it.
Love yourself! Love your hair, whether colored or brown or blonde or straight or curly or frizzed, love your eyes, love the weird way you walk sometimes, love the stutter on some words, love your chin that maybe sticks out sometimes, love the scars and the freckles and the stretch marks, because they're all beautiful and so are you.

Sudsatorium Review!
I recently was sent two samples from Sudsatorium, an Etsy store specializing in vegan bath products, to review for you guys!
I was sent two flavors of lip balm, Oaty Mint and Great White North.
The shipping seemed a little slow for it being only in Ontario while I’m in Indiana, but each batch is made to order, so that may have been it.
Great White North, which I’ll be reviewing first, is extra virgin coconut oil lip balm, made with real maple syrup, and because I’m true to my Canadian roots, I couldn’t resist!
The samples are packaged in little simple pop-top containers, with just enough to try it out.

I tried the Great White North pretty much immediately after the package was thrown at me by my roommate (thanks dave e.e) and it’s was pretty awesome!
The flavor was a little off to me. It definitly tastes like maple syrup, but there’s a tiny little soapy? aftertaste, a lot like some commercial lip balm, but after a little bit wearing it, it isn’t too bad, and pretty much unnoticeable, especially after I took a drink.
The other flavor I was sent, Oaty Mint, tasted a lot better. It’s said to be refeshing peppermint, with orange and candied lavender buds. It 100% tastes like peppermint, with a little citrusy undertone, but I don’t notice the lavender at all. I really love this flavor!
From here on I’ll be talking about both lip balms!
This absolutely does its job as lip balm! After using it, my lips were pretty soft already. I ate some soup (also very good) and I could still taste it on my mouth. An hour and a second application later, my lips are hella soft. And the lip balm itself isn’t stick or slick after a few minutes, which is nice, because I don’t constantly feel like rubbing my lips together.
The lip balm lasted pretty long! After eating it was still there, and lasted around an hour after. Otherwise, it lasted a few hours comfortably!
Ratings!
Taste: Oatey Mint, 4.5/5 Great White North, 3/5.
Texture: 4/5
